Candelaria Sanchez is a software engineer and the co-founder of OpenGateHub, a software partner for impact-driven U.S. teams. She didn't start in boardrooms, she started behind the wheel of an Uber, where a chance conversation led to her first role in tech. That experience shaped OpenGateHub's purpose: open doors for others while helping ethical, mission-driven companies move faster. Her team embeds mission-aligned, near-time-zone senior squads from Latin America directly into U.S. engineering rituals-standups, sprint reviews, QA gates, cutting cycle time without adding management overhead. Candelaria leads with a people-first, proof-over-promises mindset: clear sprints, cultural fit, measurable outcomes. The goal isn't just shipping features, it's using technology responsibly to improve business and make the world a better place for all.

Alejandría makes sure what we ship actually works.
